Pre-requisites for all Events
1) Under 18s need a parent or guardian to attend for the duration of the event
2) Minimum Age: as stated per event
3) Event participants: minimum 3, maximum of 8
4) All the necessary kit will be provided along with professional instruction to allow participants to experience the thrill of top-rope climbing and bouldering outdoors.
5) You will need to provide: your own transport to/from the meeting point & refreshments for the day
Terms and Conditions
* A non-refundable 25% deposit is required upon acceptance of your booking – details of how to pay will be sent at this time. The remaining balance will need to be cleared 7 days before the event date.
** All participants need to complete an Outdoor Medical Form online (click here), or print and bring on the day. You cannot participate without this.
*** Any medical conditions that may affect your safety or the safety of other participants need to be disclosed in full on the Outdoor Medical Form.
**** Joining Instructions will be emailed to all participants 1 week prior to the event – PLEASE ensure we have the correct email address for us to sent this to you.
***** If the weather changes to the point that it would be dangerous to climb we reserve the right to reschedule the event at short notice – please ensure that we have current contact details to allow us to notify you in this instance.
