Prerequisites for all Events
1) Under 18s will require a parent or guardian to be present for the duration of the event
2) Minimum Age: as stated per event
3) Event participants: minimum 3, maximum of 8
4) All the necessary kit will be provided along with professional instruction to allow participants to experience the thrill of top-rope climbing and bouldering outdoors.
5) You will need to provide your own transport to the meeting point & your own refreshments for the day
Terms and Conditions
* A non-refundable 25% deposit is required upon acceptance of your booking – details of how to pay will be sent at this time. The remaining balance will need to be cleared 7 days prior to the event date.
** All participants need to have completed an Outdoor Medical Form online (click here), or printed and returned it to Rockurn prior to the event, or, bring it with them. You will not be able to participate without this.
*** Any medical conditions that may affect your safety or the safety of other participants need to be disclosed in full on the Outdoor Medical Form.
**** Joining Instructions will be emailed to all participants 1 week prior to the event – PLEASE ensure we have the correct email address for us to sent this to you.
***** If the weather changes to the point that it would be dangerous to climb we reserve the right to reschedule the event at short notice – please ensure that we have current contact details to allow us to notify you in this instance.
