If you have booked into any session at Rockburn, or have booked in children whom require an instrutor to lead/supervise the session, you will need to complete an Instructed Session Form PRIOR to arriving for the session.
This is part of our duty of care: Rockburn Ltd is required to have a log and record of your attendance and confirmation that you have read and understood the BMC Participation Statement, Conditions of Use and Rules of Rockburn for EACH session in which you receive instruction on a formal, paid basis.
